How accurate are the satellite measurements?

Within 1–3% of in-person measurement for most residential properties using HIGH-quality Google imagery. For roofs, our pitch correction (1/12 through 18/12) converts the satellite's plan-view area into real sloped square footage. The Solar API's Auto Roofline pulls georeferenced polygons that are accurate to ~10cm per pixel.

Do I need to install anything?
